The Wine Cellar

Our sommelier has selected 200 of the finest wines from Austria and around the world for our elegant wine cellar. He ensures that the approximately 5,000 bottles are stored in the ideal location and at the perfect temperature, and he’s happy to advise you so you can enjoy your perfect bottle.

In addition to our fine wines, we also offer a selection of premium spirits to complement your dining experience. With a smoky whiskey, a perfectly aged cognac, or a magnificent original Tyrolean brandy of the highest quality and purity, your evening at the Alpenrose comes to a close in our 400-year-old, authentic Zillertal farmhouse parlor or in our "Zeitlos" Lounge & Bar.

Once a week, our sommelier invites you to our wine cellar, where you can discover the sensory secrets of the world of wine and become a wine expert yourself through expert guidance. As part of this special “wine tasting,” you can also purchase one or two exquisite bottles as a culinary memento at wine cellar prices.
