The Genussmanufaktur is the central gathering place to experience the finest cuisine. During live cooking demonstrations, the finest meats and premium fish are cooked to perfection on volcanic rock. In addition to the delicacies prepared over an open fire, guests can enjoy hearty and delicious dishes at the gourmet breakfast starting in the morning. From freshly prepared egg dishes and freshly baked bread to healthy porridge, you’ll find everything you need for the perfect start to an active day. At lunchtime, recharge with a light lunch, where salads and small dishes are presented at the buffet. Austria is renowned far beyond its borders for its pastries. The highlight of the day is the served dinner menu, with appetizers, salads, and the cheese buffet again available for free selection at the Genussmanufaktur.
