The therapy is based on the understanding that pain is primarily the body’s warning signal,
indicating existing or impending damage. The goal of L&B
movement therapy is to erase the misprogramming in the musculature. This restores the
body regains its muscular dynamic balance and the warning pain subsides. “Many of our
