General:
All prices for vacation rooms, comfort rooms, and suites are quoted in euros per person per day (Penthouse Suite and Residence Villa for 2 or more people) and include the Wellness Pampering Board and use of all Alpenrose wellness facilities.
The surcharge for single occupancy of rooms and suites is 50%. Unused services will not be refunded.
Discounts: In a room with two full-paying guests,
children aged 0 to 3 stay free—the children’s flat rate applies for children up to 16 years of age.
Current Pricing:
“The prices applicable to this offer are based on the current prices of our suppliers. Should these prices increase or decrease due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust the fee for the services you have ordered. Criteria for an increase or decrease in our prices are primarily changes in the law, official decrees, new collective bargaining wages for our employees, changes in official tariffs, the electricity, gas, and oil prices of our energy supplier, as well as price adjustments by our food suppliers.”
Reservation:
Upon the conclusion of a reservation (accommodation contract), the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments dated September 23, 1981, shall be deemed agreed upon. Should the prices in the reservation confirmation differ, the prices listed in the price list shall always apply.
Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations are only valid in writing. You may cancel all bookings 100% free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (provided we are unable to resell the room), as well as in the event of early departure, we must charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.
Hotel Cancellation Plus:
More than just cancellation protection (with no deductible) for your vacation in Austria. This insurance package from Europäische Reiseversicherung also covers trip interruption, additional costs due to delayed arrival or an involuntary extension of your vacation, and search and rescue costs. Valid for trips up to a maximum of 31 days.

Check-in:
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM. You are
welcome to use the entire wellness area free of charge on your arrival day.
Check-out:
We ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. You are welcome to continue using the entire wellness area until 5:00 PM on the day of departure. Please inquire at
the front desk for the terms and conditions regarding late check-out.
Valet Service | Car Parking Service
Upon arrival at Der alpine Kraftplatz, we offer you an exclusive valet service, which you may use at your discretion. Before parking your vehicle, our on-site staff will inspect the car or bodywork for visible damage, document it if necessary, and make a note of it internally. Once your vehicle is returned to you and you begin driving it, any liability for potential damage that occurs after the handover or that you report is waived. Any complaints must be raised, documented, and brought to the attention of our staff immediately on-site. As this is a mandatory requirement of our insurance, unfortunately no exceptions can be made.

Dogs and Pets:
We warmly welcome dogs weighing up to 40 kg and with a maximum shoulder height of 60–70 cm to Der alpine Kraftplatz!
Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel—consideration for other guests is important to us—thank you!
We charge €30.00 per day per pet (excluding food) and €75.00 for final cleaning if required. Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the dining areas, wellness facilities, or on our lawns.
