In the morning, the aroma of freshly baked bread whets your appetite. Freshness, exceptional quality, and local ingredients are the focus of our Cocoon Restaurant. At the Cocoon Culinary Workshop, you’ll experience how traditional Austrian dishes fuse with modern cuisine. And this continues throughout the day: from the varied breakfast buffet to Alpine tapas and small snacks in between, all the way to the warm appetizer and sumptuous dessert buffets that complement the main courses served at your table in the evening.
Choose your #favorite spot in one of our four original antique dining rooms or, in the summer, on our sun terrace, and embark on a culinary journey of discovery!
Wine—a topic close to our hearts
Our sommeliers have selected the finest wines from Austria and around the world for our distinguished wine cellar. He ensures the ideal storage conditions and temperature for the approximately 1,000 bottles in the Alpenrose Sinneswerksatt and will be happy to advise you so that you can enjoy your perfect bottle. This new workshop at the Cocoon is a masterpiece of Tyrolean woodworking—you’ll be amazed.
In addition to our fine wines, we also offer a selection of premium spirits to complement your dining experience. With a smoky whiskey, a perfectly aged cognac, or a magnificent original Tyrolean brandy of the highest quality and purity, your Alpenrose evening comes to a close in our 400-year-old, authentic Zillertal farmhouse parlor or in our "Zeitlos" Lounge & Bar.
Once a week, our sommeliers invite you to our sensory workshop, where you can discover the secrets of the world of wine and become a wine expert yourself through expert guidance.
