In the morning, the scent of freshly baked bread awakens the appetite. Freshness, excellent quality and regionality are the focus of our Cocoon Restaurant. In the evening, your mouth will start watering at the sight of juicy steaks and fresh fish sizzling on the volcanic stone grill.

At the Cocoon snack maker, you can experience live how traditional Austrian dishes merge with modern cuisine. All day long: From a varied breakfast buffet through alpine tapas and small snacks to a warm appetiser and lavish dessert buffet that complements the main courses served at the table in the evening.

Wine – A theme close to our hearts

Our sommelier, Julia, has selected the finest tastes from Austria and the entire wine world for our tasteful wine cellar. She ensures the ideal storage and temperature of approximately 1000 bottles in the Alpenrose sensory workshop and will be happy to advise you so that you can enjoy your perfect tipple. This new workshop at the Cocoon is a masterpiece of Tyrolean carpentry that will leave you astounded.
