Wusel Lake Path

The Wusel-Seeweg, a popular destination in Tyrol, is an interactive adventure along Lake Achensee that combines nature, play, and learning. Inspired by Wusel, the lake’s water spirit and mascot, this family-friendly adventure trail delights visitors with exciting puzzles, sound stations featuring a humming stone, an air xylophone, and other wooden instruments, as well as a variety of climbing elements. Children can explore the surroundings in a playful way, while parents relax on lounge chairs or enjoy the beautiful scenery during their outing at Lake Achensee.

The 3.8-kilometer trail runs from Maurach to Achenkirch and offers numerous highlights along the way, such as a sand playground, idyllic swimming coves, and a giant couch to relax on. Those who diligently complete all the stations and fill out the Wusel card can look forward to a surprise in the mail!
