Alpenrose spa etiquette
Rest, relaxation, dreams, flights of thought... In order to guarantee all our guests a perfect visit to the spa, we would ask you to observe the conventions of our spa etiquette.
Relaxation is the key
Your appointment is all about you
During your treatments everything revolves around you. You are the focus of our pampering specialists' attention. In order for us to be able to satisfy your scheduling wishes we advise you to book your treatments in advance – preferably when making your room reservation.
Talk to our qualified therapists about your particular wishes and any health considerations that should be borne in mind. Equipped with the relevant information on any conditions or allergies you may have, what medications you are taking and whether or not you might be pregnant, we can put together a pampering programme that is just right for you.
Your pampering specialists
You can of course decide whether you wish to be treated by a male or female therapist. Please let us know your choice when booking and we'll do our best to meet your request.
Time to wind down
Before your treatment, get into a relaxed mood by visiting our oasis of relaxation. A pleasant shower or a visit to the sauna provides just the right preparation for your treatment. Please be at the reception desk of the Temple of Vitality or beauty farm or in the Fit & Fun House around 10 minutes before your treatment. Please be aware that, out of consideration for those guests coming after you, arriving late may result in you having less treatment time.
What if I can't turn up for my appointment?
Please understand that if you cancel your treatment at short notice we will still have to charge you 50% of the price. If you give us at least 12 hours notice on the other hand, the cancellation won't cost you anything.
You're looking for a little rest for your body, mind and soul. This atmosphere of peace and relaxation should not be disturbed by loud conversations or mobile phones. For that reason, we ask our guests not to make or receive phone calls inside the Temple of Vitality or the House of the Senses. Out of consideration for other guests, the spa area is also a no-smoking zone. For reasons of hygiene, guests may not bring any food or drink into the spa area either.
Instead, you can enjoy our special selection of herbal teas, water and dried fruits available to you in the spa and bathing area.
Generosity is everything
We have made sure that there are plenty of loungers and places to rest available for our guests. We therefore ask you to refrain from reserving loungers.
Your valuables ...
… are better off in your room safe. We cannot assume responsibility for any lost valuables.
Please feel free to use the log cabin sauna in the hotel garden – and of course the swimming pool – with your children. Please note however that children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to enter the other sauna facilities or the rest areas.
If you would like to enjoy our spa again before leaving for home, you have the option of storing your clothes in a locker. For a refundable deposit of € 50 you can collect a key at our reception desk.
