Terms and conditions

Here, you can find information and details regarding the hotel terms and conditions and reservations. Please do not hesitate to contact our team at the reception should you have any questions or requests. 

All our rates for holiday rooms, comfort living-cum-bedrooms and suites are in euro, per person, per night (penthouse suites and residence garden villa from two persons). 


Four-star enjoyment and use of all Alpenrose wellness facilities are included in the price. A 50% supplement applies to the single use of rooms and suites (limited number only). Any unused services cannot be refunded. 

Discounts:
3rd person in the room (2 fully-paying guests): minus 20%; 4th person: minus 30%.
In the 75-m2 and 85-m2 suites: 3rd person € 140, and 4th person € 120 -
please ask for the special children-rates.

Reservations:
By making a reservation (accommodation contract), the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Trade Association of the Accommodation Establishments from 23 September 1981 apply. Should the rates quoted in the confirmation of reservation differ, the rates in the current price list apply. In the event of a reservation at short notice, an e-mail is valid as a firm reservation. 

Cancellations:
We can only accept cancellations made in writing. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance/hotel cancellation plus policy (without excess) since, in the case of a cancellation of or change to a reservation at short notice, we must charge a fee amounting to 80% of the accommodation price should we not be able to rent out the accommodation to a different guest.

Dogs and pets:
€ 16 per day, excluding pet food. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning which might be necessary. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurants, wellness areas or on our sunbathing lawn.  

Check-in, check-out:
Rooms are free from 3 p.m. Please inform us if you are not arriving until after 7 p.m. Check-out on your day of departure by 10.30 a.m.  

Deposit:
Following receipt of the confirmation of reservation, please make a deposit of € 220 per person within 14 days, so that we can make a binding reservation for the desired room category.
