Butterfly and Alpenrose


What is the butterfly doing at Hotel Alpenrose? This magnificent creation has landed on our logo. We have adopted it as the symbol of our staff philosophy: the butterfly stands for tender care and serenity. With its blaze of colours, it also stands for progress, movement and beauty. A second symbol, consisting of two open arms, was created with the help of our staff. We would like to extend a warm welcome to our guests! We want them to feel that they have arrived in both body and spirit.  

It is our aim  


that human warmth, attentiveness and honesty should prevail in all social interaction – both within the Alpenrose team and in relation to our guests. These relationships should be of a lasting and outstanding quality. The delight our guests feel is equally as important to us as the enthusiasm of our 150 members of staff.

Our aim


We intend to remain one of Europe's foremost spa hotels. To achieve this, we depend on our capable staff to work both independently and as a team, to keep learning and to always show respect for each other. Every member of the team has an important role to play. We know that we have to practice what we preach.  We therefore support all members of staff in their professional and personal development.
