Good to know
Just so you don't forget the main points about the Alpenrose, we have put together some of the most important information for you here.
The Alpenrose at a glance
We say 'all-inclusive' …
… and guests who don't know us very well are always astounded. "You mean everything is included in the price?!", they ask us in amazement. Because included in our prices are not just use of the hotel's wellness facilities but also food and drink for the whole day, the daily fitness and relaxation programme and supervision of children in the Kids and Youth Club. See for yourself.
Our all-day availability of food and drink is just one of the extras we offer at no additional charge. Our kitchen team endeavour to cook a diverse range of dishes for lots of different tastes every day. If you have anyspecial dietary requirements – e.g. lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan meals – then please let us know before your arrival. We want to delight your palate too!
We are there …
… to meet the wishes of our guests. For this reason, we place great emphasis on having long opening hours.
Spa and sauna facilities open daily from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
Temple of Vitality open daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Beauty farm open daily from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm
'DI und FR' hairdresser open from 1.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Fit & Fun House open daily from 7.45 am to 6.45 pm
Kids and Youth Club providing daily supervision from 9.30 am to 10.00 pm
The earlier, the better
If you can let us know your treatment wishes when making your room reservation then it will be easier for us to fulfil your requests for a particular time, for a specific beautician or for your favourite masseur. Even though we offer our extensive treatment programme all week long, we are always well booked.
Our relationship with nature
We know that we owe a lot to our wonderful external environment. Even the Alpenrose's location, nestled between the lake and the mountains, and the Karwendel Alpine Park, Austria's largest nature park, on our doorstep: these all place certain obligations on the hotel. And this is why we also place a lot of value on careful treatment of the environment. We're already quite good in this regard – but we want to continue improving. Come see for yourself.
f yu're travelling by Car then you can give your vehicle a holiday after you arrive, because we provide one free underground parking space for each hotel room booked. If you're arriving by Train you will arrive at Jenbach terminal station regardless of what direction you're coming from. We'll collect you from here. When booking, please inform us of your travel dates and times. And if you're travelling from the Alpenrose to Munich or Innsbruck airports, we'll gladly organise for you an external pay Airport taxi.
Your wishes …
… are important to us and we'll happily make sure they're met. But please understand that the room you request or your favourite spots in our restaurants might not always be available. But rest assured:we'll do our very best.
Our Service. For you
There's a lot going on!
Informieren Sie sich über unser täglich wechselndes Aktiv- und Entspannungsprogramm im Fit & Fun House sowie in der Natur. Und über unsere Abendunterhaltung in der Rondo Bar.
We rely on your understanding …
… of the need for relaxed interaction with others in the Temple of Vitality and in the spa area. In consultation with our guests and what they have told us we have therefore drawn up some rules of Spa etiquette. There are also Rules, that apply to use for our bathing pond, the primary purpose of which is to ensure the safety of our youngest guests. Oh and one more thing: in case you forget to bring water wings with you, our reception staff will gladly lend you some.
There's going to be lots of different fun things to do on your holiday if you're going to use all of the Alpenrose's wellness facilities and take part in the hotel's programme of activities. In order to make the job of packing your luggage a little easier and to reduce your suitcase weight we've already packed your bathing bag for you: including bath and sauna towels, dressing gown and shower sandals. We also lend Hiking euipment, Snow shoes, bicycles, mountain bikes and lots more to our guests free of charge.
This and that
You can also useWLAN internetfree of charge throughout the entire hotel. And we'll provide you with yourfavourite newspaper if you let us know what that is when you're making your reservation. Last but not least, dogsare welcome here too under certain conditions.
