Featuring state-of-the-art training equipment from the "Excite TM" and "Selection Line TM" series and a postcard panorama. The Fit & Fun house offers a 450 square metre area for all your exercising needs. A team of excellent trainers is on hand to look after you and design efficient, tailor-made programmes to suit your particular needs.

Use of the Alpenrose fitness facilities is included in the price.

This innovative state-of-the-art training equipment facilitates three-dimensional movement. Guests can choose from close to 250 different programmes.

Our recreation staff run an action-packed sports and fitness programme from Monday to Friday.
